STEP 2: If our customer service team cannot resolve the complaint to your satisfaction and the complaint relates to the outcome of a gambling transaction, you may refer the dispute for independent dispute resolution to the following organisation:
You are entitled to receive a copy of this procedure on request or upon the making of a complaint. You should note that complaints may be rejected where the arbitrator considers them to be groundless or malicious and that a 'complaint' is where you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our conduct of our licensed activities and that a 'dispute' is an unresolved complaint about the outcome of a user's gambling transaction with us. You must self exclude for a minimum period of six (6) months or any other period of up to or more than five (5) years (at your option) or you may request that your account is permanently closed. Any account that is closed through the self-exclusion process cannot be re-opened until the predefined end date of the exclusion period. More than three self exclusions will automatically trigger a permanent closure of your Kerching account that cannot be reversed. Once your account is closed by our Customer Services team, no further wagers will be accepted from you, and any balance will be credited back to you. It is important that you do not attempt to open multiple accounts with us. If you wish to close your account outside of customer service operating hours you can do so by logging into your account, accessing the protection section and limit the account by using the self-exclusion function. If you then wish to close your account permanently (for example, if you have discussed the matter with problem gambling support organisations) please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Customer Services team stating that you wish your account to be closed. If at the expiry of your self-exclusion period you wish to start gambling again you will be required to wait for a ‘cooling off’ period of one (1) day before we will allow you to gamble again and in such a case you may not re-register to gamble online but must do so by telephone. If you do not, your account will remain closed.

If you notify us of limits that you wish to set in relation to your gambling, we will not accept a deposit, permit you to lose or debit wagers from your account in excess of the notified limits. Using this facility you can lower and increase limits on your gambling at any time. Any removal or increase will however take 7 days to take effect, may not exceed the house limits and is subject to our consent. Any reduction will take place immediately.
